Smashing Stereotypes (2005)

"This short was inspired by the real-life experiences of Josiah D. Lee an Asian actor who came to Hollywood with dreams of stardom. What he found instead was role after stereotypical role the Chinese food delivery boy the kung fu guy and other demeaning ""stereotypical Asian"" characters. This film shows what a couple of days in his life are like as Josiah struggles to try and fit in to a society and an industry that never looks much beyond the outer shell to the person inside."
