Buzz Saw (2005)

The Pea Tree Apartments harbor a terrible evil that seems to live off the hate and selfishness of some of the building's residents. As other tenants become victims of this malevolence the screams of the mutilated emerge from every apartment and echo down each hallway and dead mangled bodies rest in gory heaps in every crawl space. Robin Garrels directs. This video includes a deleted "Meet the Nulls" subplot and a behind-the-scenes featurette.
